Sony Vaio F Series Laptop Review
Sony has announced the new VAIO F Series multimedia and entertainment laptop which is based on Intel’s Huron River platform. This laptop packs the power and state-of-the-art performance of a full-sized PC into a portable design.
The Sony VAIO F Series is powered by an Intel Core i7 (i7-2630QM, i7-2720QM or i7-2820QM) quad-core processor, a 16.4-inch (1920 x 1080) display (optionally, you can get a 3D screen), up to 8GB of DDR3 SDRAM, up to 640GB HDD or 256GB/512GB SSD, and a 512MB GeForce GT 520M or 1GB GT 540M graphics card.
Other specifications include a DVD or Blu-ray drive, a HD webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, two USB 3.0 ports, an SD card slot, and a HDMI output, and a sound system backed by the S-Force Front Surround 3D technology.
The new Sony VAIO F Series comes in silver, matte black or a premium white Signature Collection model, and starting price of $1,100.
