Lenovo ThinkPad X1 features a maximum 8GB of DDR3 RAM, a 80/128/160GB solid state drive or a 250/320GB traditional HDD. Powered by a 2.70 GHz, Intel Core i7-2620M, a 2.5GHz Intel Core i5-2520M or a 2.1GHz  Intel Core i3-2310M processor with integrated graphics.

Other notable features include a  Wi-Fi optional Bluetooth 3.0,Gigabit Ethernet, a USB 3.0, a USB 2.0, an eSATA/USB 2.0 port, HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort output, a fingerprint reader, and a 4-in-1 media card slot.
