Kingmax has launched their own USB 3.0 offering, the ED-01 flash drive that has support the superspeed 66MB/s read speed and 41MB/s write speed. Based on what the company has stated, KingMax ED-01 USB 3.0 Flash drive can transfer 20GB file back and forth in just 110 seconds. That’s impressive for large files that sometimes took forever to transfer on USB 2.0 interface.
KingMax ED-01 flash drive is coming in the old-fashioned model, using separate clip-cap design that you can remove from the head and snaps onto the tail to prevent loss. Kingmax ED-01 USB 3.0 flash drive is available in four different sizes, including 8GB, 16GB, 32Gb, 64GB and 128GB. The three of the former is available now, while the other two is available later in this year. We have no price details for these flash drives
yet, but it shouldn’t far from what you have expected to pay for a USB 3.0 flash drive
